The nonprofit Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Inc. is the largest wild bird hospital and bird sanctuary in the United States, based on the admission of up to 8,000 birds per year. For over 38 years, the Sanctuary has helped injured wild birds.

Contemporary Florida art from 1960 forward and American fine crafts, primarily from the 12 Southeastern United States is the focus of the permanent collection. Additionally the Museum holds a small collection of late 19th and 20th century work.

Cracker Country was founded by Mildred W. and Doyle Carlton, Jr. in 1978. Their vision was to preserve rural Florida history of the late 19th and early 20th centuries so that future generations of Floridians could have an appreciation for that history. This place is packed with hands on activities for young and old to learn from. Schools can plan a field trip too!

The rich history of this beach area is explained with displays of pictures, exhibits, and artifacts. Housed in the original historic Carl & Caroline Moseley 1930's beach cottage, Indian Rocks Beach history is traced from its founding as one of the earliest beach communities to the present day.
